Becoming Someone New
Overview (muggle friendly) August 2026; some heavy questions
August doesn’t ask you to become a different person.
It asks you to stop pretending you’re still the old one.
There are moments this month that feel exciting, others that feel confusing, and a few that may leave you wondering whether the ground beneath your feet has shifted. That’s because August isn’t interested in keeping life comfortable.
It’s interested in making it honest.
The first half of the month drives courage, creativity, and visibility. The second half asks a quieter question:
“Now that you’ve remembered who you are...what are you going to do with it?”
Week One+ (August 1–10)
August 6, 3:12 PM Venus enters Libra (leaves fall, enters domicile)
August 6, 10:44 PM Sun trine Saturn Rx 14°38 Leo / Aries
August 9, 12:28 PM Mercury enters Leo
August 10, 2:08 PM Venus trine Pluto Rx 03°57 Libra / Aquarius
August 10, 6:01 PM Venus opposite Neptune Rx 04°06 Libra / Aries
Remembering Your Own Voice
The month begins with a noticeable change in tone.
Relationships soften. Conversations become easier. It becomes a little simpler to see beauty in the people around you—and maybe even in yourself.
You may find yourself reconnecting with old friends, rediscovering forgotten interests, or feeling drawn toward people and places that simply feel...right.
But this isn’t about seeking approval.
It’s about remembering your own taste.
What do you actually enjoy?
What feels beautiful because it genuinely speaks to you—not because someone else told you it should?
There’s also a quiet steadiness underneath the week. Progress may not be dramatic, but it feels sustainable. Small promises kept now become foundations you’ll appreciate later.
Reflection
Instead of asking, “What should I do?”
Try asking,
“What feels most like me?”

A Door Opens
This is the heart of the month.
A solar eclipse often marks the beginning of a chapter that only makes sense when you look back months—or even years—from now.
You may not recognize the significance immediately.
Instead, you might notice subtle invitations.
A conversation.
An opportunity.
An unexpected ending.
A strange feeling that something inside you has quietly shifted.
At the same time, not everything will feel clear.
There can be mixed signals this week. Some plans dissolve. Some people disappoint us. We may discover that what we imagined doesn’t quite match reality.
Oddly enough, this is part of the gift.
When illusions fall away, we’re left with something far more valuable:
the truth.
The eclipse asks a beautifully simple question:
If you weren’t trying to impress anyone... who would you become?
Week Three (August 18–24)
August 21, 8:43 AM Venus opposite Saturn Rx 14°11 Libra / Aries
August 22, 10:18 PM Sun enters Virgo (leaves domicile)
Turning Inspiration into Reality
After the excitement of the eclipse, life begins asking for follow-through.
Ideas become calendars.
Dreams become appointments.
Goals become habits.
The energy shifts from inspiration toward implementation.
This doesn’t mean the magic disappears.
It means the magic wants a place to live.
As the Sun moves into Virgo, attention naturally turns toward routines, health, organization, and the small daily choices that quietly shape our lives.
Grand visions are wonderful.
But transformation usually arrives disguised as ordinary Tuesday afternoons.
This week rewards consistency more than intensity.
Small actions repeated often become extraordinary over time.
Week Four (August 25–31)
August 25, 7:04 AM Mercury enters Virgo (enters domicile and exaltation)
August 27, 1:03 PM Mercury Cazimi 04°26 Virgo
August 28, 0:18 AM Partial Lunar Eclipse in Pisces 04°54 Pisces
August 28, 3:24 AM Mercury square Uranus 05°37 Virgo / Gemini
August 28, 6:18 PM Sun square Uranus 05°37 Virgo / Gemini
August 31, 6:17 PM Jupiter trine Saturn Rx 13°41 Leo / Aries
Building a Life That Fits
The final week of August reminds us that clarity isn’t found by thinking forever.
It’s found by doing.
Mercury’s move into Virgo sharpens the mind. Problems that once felt overwhelming become easier to organize. Conversations become more practical. Decisions become more obvious.
Then comes the lunar eclipse.
If the solar eclipse earlier this month planted a seed, this one begins clearing space for it to grow.
Some commitments no longer fit.
Some responsibilities have quietly expired.
Some emotional stories have simply run their course.
Letting go isn’t always dramatic.
Sometimes it looks like deciding not to carry something anymore.
By the end of the month, there’s a sense that the future feels a little more solid than it did just a few weeks ago.
Not every answer has appeared.
But you’ve begun becoming someone capable of living the questions.
August is asking…
What would become easier if you stopped trying to be the person you’ve outgrown?
Love you.
S.
