Jupiter in Gemini

She cried "more, more, more" 🎶🎶 This one is a little more personal & still much astro babble. But Cancer was backing over the horizon as I emerged from the great portal, so it's to be expected.

Boy, oh boy… As the bearer of a Cancer ascendant chart, I can assure you that Jupiter traveling my 12H of Gemini has already brought some wild shenanigans and curious information.

For instance, I’ve learned that I get hurt every 12 years, as I happen to be in a 6th house Sagittarian profection year, when Jupiter pops into Gemini for another year of exile. Not hurt hurt, but specifically I break a toe. Just like the last time Jupiter visited Gemini. Oh, crazy Uncle Joop. Did you know? Jupiter, according to Valens, rules the feet. Ah, coincidence. 🙃

Moving on! As the planetary parade recently marched through my 12th house, I’ve found my mental gymnastics quite surprising. There is so much activity happening in Gemini as I write this, I can’t imagine one staying calm. Too many cooks in the kitchen, ya know? It has, however, offered me the chance to say, “IDGAF” and just start posting all the things in all the places. I’m not a social media person. I mean, I participate in the popular platforms but it has always been in a very meek and mild fashion. I’m fairly private. In the last several months, however, I’m gaining courage in sharing my voice and showing my face. I’ve also had a progressed new moon in Leo. Just all the things. This observation also feels Jupiterian.

All this seems fitting for being in the last month of my 2023 Taurus rising solar return. For those who don’t follow the stars quite as obsessively as I, Jupiter and Uranus were hanging out in Taurus and recently made a conjunction. In a Jupiter year, with Jupiter in the 1st house of my solar return chart… It’s a lot of Jupiter. I also put on about 8 pounds that I hadn’t planned on. But hey, JUP is gonna TER.

Regardless, what’s fantastic is the words are spilling. However messy and disorganized they may be. I’m looking forward to the curiosity that a 7th house year will bring. Following my birthday next month, Saturn will rule the chart for the next two years. The 7th house is not only about marriage, but partnerships and one on one relationships in general. As I’ve built a website and work on writing more, I do hope it finds people that can use it. I also look forward to continuing my studies. Perhaps these Saturn years will solidify my decisions and add a concrete base to this service. Saturn is good at the “long-lasting”. If you read my recent post about Saturn, you’ll know I have Saturn rather prominent in my natal chart. It’s often hard lessons, but worthwhile and lasting.
